📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Plan and optimize routes for transportation vehicles, considering factors such as distance, traffic, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and track the status of shipments, using tools such as GPS tracking and logistics software.
• Collaborate with suppliers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery times, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during transportation operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transportation logistics.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing transportation operations, including route planning and vehicle scheduling.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
