📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
• Source, attract, and recruit top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and facilitate interviews.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Proven experience in using ATS platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Zoom and other virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
