We are seeking a Building & Facilities Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
- Install and commission new mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in our facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Conduct energy audits and recommend energy-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building and facilities mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
