📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients undergoing reproductive health procedures.
• Assisting in daycare procedures, including pre- and post-operative care.
• Supporting surgical teams in the operating theatre, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and administering medications as directed by medical staff.
• Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintaining a clean and organized operating theatre and daycare area.
• Assisting in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment.
• Participating in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest medical practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in reproductive health or surgery.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with advanced surgical tools and monitoring systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
