As a Lead/Senior Social Worker at People Profilers, you will lead a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of service delivery. You will be responsible for developing and implementing case management plans, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to address the social needs of the community. This role offers a competitive salary of USD 5400 - 8000, reflecting your significant experience and the impact you will make.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee casework and counseling services, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care for clients.
• Lead a team of social workers, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement case management plans, collaborating with clients and their families to address their social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients' well-being.
• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify and address social issues.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social work, attending workshops and conferences as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in social work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of case management and counseling techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in using social work software and case management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
