📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the executive chef.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain and improve food quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Maintain and organize kitchen inventory and supplies.
• Participate in menu development and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of special dishes and presentations for events and promotions.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end hospitality setting.
• Proven culinary skills and experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both international and local guests.
