📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve customer disputes
• Use QuickBooks and Salesforce to track and manage customer accounts
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Assist in the development and implementation of credit policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit and collections
• Proven track record of achieving collection targets
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and Salesforce
