📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collect overdue payments from clients through phone calls, visits, and emails.
- Manage and track collections using Salesforce and SAP.
- Ensure timely and efficient recovery of debts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Follow up on unresolved cases to ensure maximum recovery.
- Generate reports on collections and provide regular updates to the management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
- Proven track record in debt recovery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
