HSSE Administrator - Health, Safety, Security & Environment (Contract)

As an HSSE Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures. You will work closely with the HSSE team to ensure that all operations comply with national and international regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement health, safety, security, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with national and international regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, security, and environmental practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and update the HSSE management system using software such as SAP and Oracle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSSE practices into all business operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on HSSE performance and compliance status.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSE administration, preferably in the mining or natural resources sector.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) or Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
