📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop interior spaces for retail outlets and offices, focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Create detailed design concepts, including floor plans, material selections, and furniture layouts.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit for design and presentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that the design is implemented as planned.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in interior design and retail space planning.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, and provide recommendations based on their feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on retail or office spaces.
• Proven experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of retail and office space planning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
• Professional certification in interior design (e.g., NCIDQ, CID) is a plus.
