You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlets, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking. You will also work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our outlets, ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that our outlets are compliant with local laws and regulations.
• Work closely with our team to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing outlet operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and staff scheduling software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a visa to work in Indonesia.
