📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction of exhibition stands, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior team members to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any concerns.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition construction or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software, such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Valid certification in K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Asana.
