Department Head of Warehouse, Logistics & Order Management

As the Department Head, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our logistics and order management processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees, including Warehouse Supervisors, Logistics Coordinators, and Order Management Specialists. Your daily tasks will include developing and implementing strategic plans, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including Demand Management, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics Coordination.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management.
• Optimize warehouse processes using advanced tools such as SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and government requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the supply chain or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of advanced tools such as SAP, WMS, and TMS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
