📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret collection data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections.
• Identify trends and patterns in collection data to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team on the status of collections and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the collection team to implement data-driven solutions and improve collection processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data validation and quality checks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for the collection team on data analysis tools and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in the finance or collections industry.
• Proficient in using Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
