We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Supervisor to oversee our retail and consumer product operations in the Jakarta Raya region. As a key leader in the F&B industry, you will drive sales, manage teams, and ensure exceptional customer service at our outlets in Jabodetabek.

In this role, you will be responsible for daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and performance monitoring. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and improve overall efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at assigned outlets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.
• Manage and develop a team of 10-15 staff members, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems using SAP or similar software.
• Collaborate with regional managers to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar retail management software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
