As a Manager, Manpower Planning, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate workforce plans, ensuring that the organization has the right talent in the right places at the right times. You'll collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, you'll work with recruitment partners to source and attract top talent, and with training and development teams to ensure that employees have the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in their roles.

• Develop and implement staffing strategies that align with business goals and objectives
• Analyze workforce data using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Forecast staffing needs and create accurate workforce plans to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right places at the right times
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Work with recruitment partners to source and attract top talent, and with training and development teams to ensure that employees have the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in their roles
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staffing strategies, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal workforce performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in workforce planning and management
• Lead and mentor a team of staffing professionals, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in workforce planning and staffing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning tools and software, including SAP SuccessFactors and Workday
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives, with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving organizational success
• Certification in workforce planning or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English
