📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage legal documentation and immigration procedures for Korean expatriate employees
- Assist in the coordination of administrative tasks related to the employment of Korean employees
- Support the integration of Korean employees into the local work environment
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for Korean employees
- Provide administrative support to the Korean expatriate employees
- Assist in the coordination of social events and activities for Korean employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all administrative tasks
- Assist in the coordination of any special projects or initiatives related to the employment of Korean employees
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in both written and spoken Korean
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a multicultural environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
