📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain food packaging equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Monitor production lines to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including ISO 9001 and HACCP.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food packaging operations.
• Familiarity with food safety and quality standards, including ISO 9001 and HACCP.
• Basic knowledge of food packaging equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
