📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using Carro's proprietary inventory management system.
• Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with sales teams to track and meet sales targets, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor retail staff on best practices, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Ensure that all outlets are stocked with the correct merchandise and that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage outlet budgets, including expenses and revenue, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns, and work with the customer service team to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail operations, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar administrative role.
• Proven track record of success in managing inventory, sales, and customer service in a retail environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of retail software and systems, such as Carro's inventory management system, is a plus.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
