📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain environmental management systems using tools such as ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
• Train and educate employees on environmental best practices and corporate sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business processes.
• Ensure proper waste management and disposal practices are followed.
• Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental management or a related role.
• Certification in ISO 14001 or other relevant environmental management systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards applicable to the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using environmental management software and tools.
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessment methodologies.
