As a Payment Gateway Supervisor at Erajaya, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our payment gateway infrastructure, ensuring seamless transactions for our retail partners. This is a contract position with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the payment gateway systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze payment transactions to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to implement new payment solutions and updates.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other relevant security standards.
• Provide technical support to retail partners and internal teams regarding payment gateway issues.
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of the payment gateway systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payment processing efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in payment processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment gateway management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateway technologies and protocols, such as PCI DSS, EMV, and 3D Secure.
• Experience with payment gateway software such as Adyen, PayPal, or Stripe.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
