📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop and implement documentation processes and procedures,Train and mentor other team members on technical writing best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong knowledge of technical writing tools and software,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with technical documentation standards and practices

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMaker)Documentation software (e.g.ConfluenceSharePoint)Basic understanding of technical concepts and processesExperience with version control systems (e.g.Git)Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressureStrong attention to detail and accuracy
