📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Monitor performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve them.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS and other management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
