📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the operational risk management function across Macquarie Group's APAC operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.,Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.,Oversee the risk assessment process, including internal audits, third-party assessments, and scenario analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, regulatory bodies, and external service providers.,Monitor and report on operational risk trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure the effective management of incident response and business continuity planning.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in operational risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in operational risk management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of leading and managing operational risk functions in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.,Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks applicable to the financial services industry.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of the organization.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local language(s) is a plus.
