📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular check-ins and follow-ups.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
