Indra Philippines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to systems and data for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions that align with our clients' security and business requirements.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect our clients' systems and data.,Monitor and maintain IAM systems to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently.,Provide technical guidance and support to our clients and internal teams on IAM best practices and technologies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IAM and security technologies, and recommend improvements to our processes and tools.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IAM solutions are integrated with other IT systems and processes.,Develop and deliver training programs to educate our clients and internal teams on IAM concepts and technologies.,Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop IAM solutions that meet their unique requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions.,Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and COBIT.,Proficiency in IAM tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.,Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions, such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Google Cloud IAM.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
