📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including product demonstrations, customer consultations, and closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions quickly and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including the till, receipt printer, and surrounding workspace.,Assist in stock management by ensuring the correct amount of cash and change is available at all times.,Promote our products and services to customers, both in-store and during sales events.,Keep accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions for reporting purposes.,Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to the sales and customer service teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
