📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the retail section of the restaurant, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
  • Promote sales and special offers to customers, encouraging them to make additional purchases.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of retail products to ensure they are appealing to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular audits of the retail section to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends to help improve the retail section.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
