Pacific Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
