📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and customer orders.,Collaborate with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the pastry industry.,Train and mentor junior staff members as needed.,Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
