📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.,Ensure the outlet meets all sales targets and KPIs.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their performance.,Monitor and report sales performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
