📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
