Sentral Anggi Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our laboratory operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our coffee products, and driving innovation in our coffee processing techniques. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the coffee laboratory, including quality control, testing, and analysis.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Conduct coffee quality assessments, including sensory evaluations, chemical analysis, and physical testing.,Collaborate with the coffee processing team to implement new techniques and technologies that improve product quality.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards for coffee products.,Analyze and interpret laboratory data to identify trends and areas for improvement in coffee production.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a coffee laboratory or a related industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee processing techniques, quality standards, and industry regulations.,Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques, including sensory evaluation, chemical analysis, and physical testing.,Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee cupping and sensory evaluation methods.,Experience with laboratory software and data analysis tools is a plus.
