📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Developing and implementing HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.,Handling employee relations, including discipline and conflict resolution.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs.,Supporting the management in making informed decisions regarding HR matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
