📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement menus based on customer preferences and market trends.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and contribute to cost control measures.,Lead team meetings and ensure effective communication within the kitchen team.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food production.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
