📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in menu planning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
