📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate banquet events, including menu selection, guest lists, and event logistics.,Oversee the banquet staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Manage event budgets and vendor relationships.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.,Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.,Assist in the training and development of banquet staff.,Maintain accurate records of event details and staff performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
