📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store assistants, providing training and guidance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to management.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and improvements.,Promote the store and its products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in managing inventory and stock control.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
