📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of successful store management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to travel within Bali for store visits and meetings.
