📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize our online store to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to improve our online presence.,Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.,Manage inventory and ensure products are available for purchase.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing techniques.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English is a plus.
