SHIFT Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Tutor to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the lead tutor in delivering high-quality education and mentorship to students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead tutor in planning and delivering lesson plans and educational activities.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure academic growth.,Support students in developing study skills and time management techniques.,Organize and facilitate group discussions, workshops, and other educational events.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and participation.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.,Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor or educational assistant.,Strong knowledge of educational theories and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
