Crystal Market Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team in Parepare. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in procurement and a passion for driving operational efficiency. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes and contributing to the overall success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses.,Support the procurement team in achieving cost savings and operational efficiency goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Indonesian citizenship or permanent resident status.
