📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Process and handle cash and checks.
  • Provide information about banking products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the branch manager.
  • Assist in opening and closing the teller station.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
