📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and develop strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
