📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.,Lead and mentor junior finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 3 years in a senior finance position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
