Production Superintendent (Expat position)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of production workers, providing training and support as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high product standards.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement production strategies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Expat experience is a plus.
