📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analysis and create effective job descriptions and advertisements.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
