Leaf Sky Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Account Executive to join our team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.,Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry dynamics is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
