📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the dental team, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Overseeing clinic operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Ensuring compliance with dental and health regulations.
  • Promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff.
  • Ensuring the clinic meets all health and safety standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of dental software and technology.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model.
