In this role, you will work closely with our Quality Control Manager to develop and implement quality control procedures, monitor product quality, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections and tests.
  • Investigate and document quality issues and take corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Food Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
  • Proficient in using quality control software and tools.
